So I was reading a comaprison chart for yeast and it said the following:
3463 Forbidden Fruit Yeast WLP720 Sweet Mead /Wine Yeast
Now, what I want to know is, how accurate is this? I mean it says the forbidden fruit yeast is the Rochefort yeast, but all the listings for the White Labs yeast list it as a wine yeast.
Any opinions on this? White Labs is much more available at my LHBS.
