weisen has been bubblin hard for 3 weeks
6 hours after pitching WB06 yeast i had blowoff, for the following 2 days it was at about 10 bpm. then it bumped up to bubbling every second. this is the 3rd weekend and i'm still getting a good bubble every 10 seconds. my gravity's right around 1.015 now. it dropped mabye 1 point in the past 2 days. should i cold crash it or just let it keep goin.

Keep Going. You can't really wait too long, and it would be a pity to hear of exploding bottles...
Am I the only one here who gives a SHIT about the rules?
