    Ehh, I thought about it, maybe I will kick it on when I get the Sacc rest going on the mash, but I got too much going on right now. I am breaking the Deccoction cherry tonight!

    All in all a great brewday, it ran kinda long, but it went smooth. Thanks to everyone who tuned into the brewcast, Sorry it wasn't more lively.

    I hit all my mash temps and volumes dead on, but over shot my OG, ended up with a 1.066, but I am not complaining

    We'll let you know how the beer turns out in 3 weeks.

    First time i got to watch one I. Watched awhile but couldnt stay for all but it's great to see a good home setup. THanks!

    Thanks for stopping in for a bit, we used to have brewcasts going on here all the time but they died down. My set-up aint all that great, it is kind of pieced together and made to work, nothing fancy about it at all, but thanks.
