My first all grain was a SMaSH MO/US Goldings.
    1.054-1.010
    S-04
    5 gal
    10 lbs. MO
    4 oz. US Goldings (1 oz. at 60, 45, 15, 0)

I thought it was the best tasting bitters ever.

    I just pitched batch #2.

This experiment made me realize my respective loves of Citras and Amarillos...both for different reasons, to be used in the future for much different purposes...

to me an APA and aEPA are different beers. i happen to love EKG the earthy notes work reajjy well with MO and a good english ale strain. for an APA i use 2-row donestic malt american hops and a neutral americn ale strain
