Default Farmhouse Ale (Spotted Cow Clone)

So for the next AG batch I was thinking of making this recipe, which was going to be the 2nd batch from the first day, however we all know how that turned out . I am wondering if there is too much hops in this batch though.

Is it just me or are you missing the yeast? Isn't that from one of the last BYO issues?

Damn, is the yeast really that important?

I am using WYEAST 3711 French Saison

I don't know about the recipe from BYO - not a subscriber.
