    This is a spiced holiday beer that I've brewed for the last two holiday seasons. Very tasty! I did a little better than the expected O.G. at 1.062.

    2.50 oz. Cascade Whole 6.20% 31.6 IBU 90 min
    3.50 oz. Cascade Whole 6.20% 20.5 IBU 30 min
    1.15 oz. Cascade Whole 6.20% 2.6 IBU 10 min

    1.00 Oz Ginger 30 Min.(boil)
    2.00 Oz Cinnamon 30 Min.(boil)
    4.50 Oz Sweet Orange Peel 30 Min.(boil)
    0.20 Oz Irish Moss 15 Min.(boil)

    WYeast 1056 Amercan Ale/Chico 1200 ml pitched from starter
