Super Bowl Plans?

So what are you doing or what did you do for the Super Bowl?

I wasn't really going to do anything but since i got a new TV and my HD Cable hooked up I am having a couple of friends over to watch the game just because we can watch it in HD, none of us are real excited about either team. I do think that we all agree on one thing though, we don't want New England to win.

I am grilling up some burgers that i made up with a bunch of spices and put shredded cheddar in the middle of them, and some brats boiled up in a good IPA then grilled, may try out a salsa & brat recipe i seen somewhere.

I'm going to a friends' house to watch it on hd, they now have two hd tv's, so it should be good. I made a taco salad. I think they have a keg of some BMC foam, but I won't be drinking.

Nada. Sit here and play xbox. Just picked up Mass Effect. Don't have Cable TV, sooooo, no biggie. More into the World Cup anyway.

I didn't even know who was playing or when it was yesterday. We were watching Mythbusters then started playing Jericho (Save your money.....not that great of a game)

I heard Jericho sucked. You gotta check out http://www.kotaku.com .. they are pretty good about picking winners.

... watched a few minutes of the superbowl. Last bit and halftime commercials. Go Giants!? I am moving to NY this year and all, guess I should be a fan .

I really wasn't too into the game, but it did turn out to be one hell of a football game, no matter who was playing.

I hear you on the world cup thing Flanny, I am a big soccer fan.

Did anyone catch the half time show? I think that it is the only one i can remember actually thinking was good. I liked how Tom Petty got up there and just rocked out and didn't play some crappy compilation of his greatest hits. He just got up there like it was anyother show and played 4 full songs. I really want to get tickets to his summer tour now.
