Default What else do I need to buy in order to start kegging?

I let too much time pass, I forgot what I need to start kegging.

    Here's what I have

Keezer built, with 1 inch holes drilled through the collar.
    Cornelius ball lock keg
    5# CO2 tank
Dual gauge regulator (in the mail)
Quick Disconnects (not sure if I have the right size though)

What size tubing do I need for the beer line and gas line? What length should I get for each? I still need a faucet and all the clamps, etc. What else do I need? I'm kind of hoping to get a shopping list going so I can place an order.

    Thanks guys.

Well, all you really need now is a 5 dollar picnic tap. And, tubing wise, take your disconnects to lowes with you and measue.
