Would centennial hops and williamette hops go together in an American brown ale? I'm not looking for something overly citrusy, but I do want a bit of citrus.

Maybe something like:

1/2 oz centennial 60 min

maybe some cent fwh

centennial 20 min

1/2 oz williamette 15 min
1/2 oz williamette 10 min

I wouldn't think so, A little earthy spice and a little citrus in the back. wouldn't be bad.
