Hi guys! Have a Russian Imperial stout that i love and am thinking about tweaking it to make a dessert beer. It is 8.0% alcohol with 97 IBU. I plan to tweak it by adding half a pound of molasses and some oak cubes soaked in brandy. It is a little sweet now and the molasses will make it even sweeter. My question is -- will this be too sweet? Should I up the bittering a bit, or leave it alone?
