    Default its been awhile..

friday night- can't sleep- yeast starter has been going on for a day and a half. going to do one of mt late night brew sessions. haven't brewed in nearly 9 months because of the whole travelin' the country thing for work- now home for the next 3 months..gotta make the most of it.

all i'm doing is making's Flanny's stout by the book with a half pound of Breiss cherry smoked malt and fermenting it w WLP002. nothin' crazy, sounds good right now.

in the middle of the mash now, and well, feels good to be brewing again!

Thought about brewing tonight but wasn't sure if the dog was gonna go nuts. Plus the brewery is right under my daughter's room. Good luck and yes it is always good to be brewing.

not true if traveling is important to you you can make it work. Just won't be all the time.

If in a married, understanding relationship, sure. But good luck with that on a joint custody schedule.

EDIT: Yes, but not all the time. Didn't catch that the first time.
