Yeah, there's no such thing as "dumping beer" in my house anymore.

BLL, I haven't naturally carbed a batch since I got my kegging setup. I've got a beergun, and that's pretty much all it takes. If you have the right gas QDs, it's extraordinarily easy to bottle up a sixer or a few growlers.

A growler is doable without the beer gun too. assuming a tight seal it's good for 3 or 4 days. I do that whenever I want to take beer with me to a friends house or a camping trip.

Yeah, I have a regular ol' racking cane with a little stopper slid up around it. It fits nicely into the mouth of cobra taps, so if I'm not planning on aging the beer, I'll just pop that into a tap and fill 'er up.

I don't bottle many batches, but I tend to put anything really big in a bottle...to let it age longer and to limit my consumption. The idea of having a keg of 9-10% ABV beer on tap is a little dangerous, as eventually I'll overdo it and end up stumbling around the house in my underwear and slippers, clutching a firearm in two hands while ranting/sobbing about black helicopters and fluoridated drinking water. It ain't pretty.

That being said, I now have my bourbon barrel porter on tap. Fun times.
    FERMENTING: Cobb Nut Apfelwein
KEGGED / BOTTLED: Members Only Maibock, Honeydripper Hefe, Irish Red Ale, Canned Heat Wee Heavy
ON TAP: Bourbon Barrel Porter, Squeeze My Lemon Summer Blonde, High Yellow Strong Belgian Ale, Apfelwein
ON DECK: Basic Bitter, Little Wing APA, Bigger Wing IPA, Cold Shot ESB
