Hahahahaha. No I have never skipped it, save hefe. - try to save steps too, I don't mash out, I single batch sparge, 60 min mash, 60 min boil (even with pils and no dms yet). The moss only takes effort but no extra time. Maybe ill run out and then try skipping for a few beers.
