I could see that working...though, I really like the balance of this recipe w/ the WLP007 it's spot on, roasty & dry with just the right touch of hops and that little bit of tang from the acid malt. I have another batch coming up this weekend. Maybe I'll hit it two weeks in a row and toss some chocolate into the second batch.Originally Posted by Ó Flannagáin
