Trying to brew a festbier in the morning. I think I'm out of caramunich. Suggestions? I have plenty of crystal malts, special roast, aromatic, etc., etc. What if I just upped the munich proportion and added some crystal 80?

To me, it just tastes like a richer version of C-60. If I were subbing for it, it would go like this: Same weight of domestic crystal+ 1/2 that weight in aromatic.
So, if my recipe called for 8oz of caramunich, my sub would be 8oz of C-60+ 4oz of aromatic.
