    so i figgure my first apfelwein is ready to do the bottle dance... but i wanted some opinions should i prime it or no?

    what do you think?

    i was thinking that bubbles = refreshing... and its starting to get hot in these parts...

    I think the crispness of the bubbles make the dryness that much better and they bring out some nice apple aroma..

    I actually like it both flat and carbed. I alway fill a growler for imediate consumption then carb the rest.

    lil late on that there barley lol that shit went bad weeks ago i dunno if it got infected or what but it tastes burnt.
