4lbs Flaked Maize
1lb Muinte rice (mash)
1oz MT Hood 60min
1oz Williamette 60min
Wlp080 Cream Ale
Mash at 152 for 60min
Ferment at 65 for 14days
Secondary/cold crash 7days at 35
add 2 Madigascar vanilla beans to secondary
24 hours before secondary split chop vanilla beans and soak them in vodka
keg and enjoy!

i am extremely late to comment on this, but i'm interested as to how a vanilla cream ale turned out. i guess i hadn't really considered the possibility of adding vanilla beans to a lower abv beer.
