    Default 日本の小麦 (Japanese Wheat)

This turned out really good last year. Planning on brewing it again real soon. The Sorachi hops and the Green Tea compliment each other nicely. Thanks to Ben for reminding me of this in his Sorachi Thread.

I add an infusion of Green Tea by steeping the equivalent amount of tea bags in 3 cups of just under boiling water for 20 min and adding directly to the keg. I'm sure it could be done in secondary also.

I added gelatin to secondary to clarify also even thought this is not needed. Turned out crystal clear and very crisp and refreshing.

I got a bit. It was hard to tell with the tea infusion, but there was some lemon in both aroma and flavor.

Little lemon zest at the end of the boil might be a variation to try
