Had another small scare. Poured myself some stout and like its carbed, kinda no head. I'm like what the hell. So I poured another one and it was perfect. I'm guessing I was drinking the beer from the tube. LOL. silly me.

So I have this keg with about 2 gallons of hefe or less leftover from before my move to fl. I put it in my new freezer a couple days ago. Haven't hooked it up to co2 yet but was pulling heavily carbed pints all night last night.

once carbonated to x volumes at x temp, if you move the keg to a WARMER place off-gas, it will be fine, but if you move it to COLDER, it will absorb the headspace and might not maintain the seal.
