Handbrake will convert them fine. And it has pre-sets for iPod, iPhone & iPod Touch, and AppleTV, which makes the conversion really easy.

If you want me to convert any, just let me know where to download the flv, which preset to use, and I can do it.

Any of the episodes, if you look in the HTML, you will see a line where the flash player is that says "wid=http://.....flv" that's the address for the FLV file

There should be some division of labor to make sure we don't duplicate each others efforts. And you didn't say which output format you'd prefer.

I've never made a podcast video before so I'm really not sure what's best. Recommendation?

As far as division of labor, no one feel like you have to, but if you do, just post in here which one(s) you convert.

Ok. Well, I'll just format them for the iphone/iPod touch since that's what I have. I don't know how they'll play on other devices though.

Hopefully, I haven't duplicated any of Jeff's efforts, but I've done the stone intro video and the goodbye NY video. I'll do the 2nd stone video next and then the finger lakes beverage center one.

Yeah, Empire is uploading. If you used a different tool though, we could compare the output.
