Hell yeah! Should display the Simcoe nicely. Might think about moving the 15 min to 10 for more flavor but then again... eh fuck it! Looks good. Make sure to post results.

Ok, this went into the bottle last night.
This is by far the most hoppy beer I have ever brewed. THe dry hops have given it a great nose, and the First Wort Hops have given it a fuller bitterness, much more rounded instead of just a bitter blast in the teeth. This beer is super green right now, but I think after 3 weeks in the bottle, it will be even smoother that it is now. Tim

Ok, This beer is done!!
I need to tone down the hops a bit. I think the Pale malt is a bit to mild to pull off the amount of hops I used. Might be able to drop the 50 min addition all together, but I ma not sure. Hop usage is still one area that I do not have a firm grasp of. This has a great citrus after taste, that I love, but the beer has a somewhat harsh, grassy taste that would be good if it was not so strong. If anyone else brews this, I would either cut the 50 min addition, or cut the FWH and 50 min in half. The head on this beer is very Duval-like. yo could rest a dime on it, and it last through the whole glass. Tim
