Wow, I totally didn't know that you needed to put a spoon of sugar in a glass to rehydrate yeast.

Yeah, that's the old school 'proofing' method. I think Papa Charlie used to advocate doing that.

If you recall the Tom Hanks movie out a decade ago, "That Thing You Do", the band was called the Oneders which was always mis-pronounecd as the O' Needers.

Basically the one hit wonders, which this device will be as well.
