I have so much amarillo in storage right now.. I have a shit ton of hops actually, probably 7 or 8 lbs ranging from simcoe to am to styrian, mt hood, centennial. what sucks is it's been in AC temp for about 2.5 months instead of freezer temp. I hope they are still usable in the end of Nov.

hmmm...I might be interested. I was thinking about upgrading my hop stopper in my kettle to work with pellets. How many ounces of Amarillo would you want?

To trade:

Sterling 7.1% AA pellet (8 oz)
Czech Saaz 4.5% AA pellet (8 oz)

I'll parcel these out in 2 oz packages.

Dunno yet - hoping to try some different varieties that I've not yet played with, namely Sorachi Ace and Perle.
