Tasted mine, Dale's, and Fanny's separately tonight and took tasting notes each individually. I then proceeded to do a side by side. All three were fucking great but very different. Sourness, oak level, carbonation, clarity, and flavor were all different to some degree. Awesome beers guys! I'm going to stash away a bottle of all three for next year.

Here they are listed left to right in order of ass puckering.

Mine-slight tensing of the glory hole. Dale's-ass-tightening sour. Flan's-couldn't slip a lubed up pinky in there sour.

I know the pics I've been posting suck, but I'm using my phone dammit.

We planned a beer early last year to be drunk on 9-9-09. It has 9 grains, 1.059 gravity or something, 9ibu... really can't remember all teh details but a bunch of us brewed it and we just recently swapped to try each others and see how they all turned out.

Yea, it's illegal to ship with the USPS, but if you ship with UPS or FedEx it's not really illegal just against policy. I just tell 'em it's collectible glass or yeast samples so it's true, but...
