Triple decker Peanut Butter, Honey and Jelly sandwich served with Cheetos.

Leftover Rib Sandwich
Chop the meat off the bone.
Pan fry with a little water, barbeque sauce and hot sauce
Slow cook until it shreds
Put on a kaiser with some sharp cheddar

Grilled Egg McMuffins
Get your grill at a medium heat. If you're using a gas grill, throw a chunk of hardwood on it and crank the gas up so that the wood catches fire, then cool to a medium heat. These are great for brunches.

Spray a muffin pan with Pam real good.
Prepare a package of hollandais sauce but don't cook it on the stove, use the grill.
Crack eggs into the muffin holes.
Put muffin pan on the grill
After about 3-5 minutes, put some strips of prosciutto or bacon on a cool part of the grill (bacon flares up like crazy but is awesome on the grill)
about when you have about 2 minutes left put some english muffins on the grill to toast. Watch so they don't burn.
Remove from grill and assemble. I like to use a very thin slice of Irish cheddar or white cheddar on each assembled muffin.

Other great sammys:
Grilled meatball sub with melted cheese and giardinara

Italian Beef
A true Chicago favorite. Better than our pizza or hotdogs or gyros.

Have your butcher thinly slice 3-5 pounds of roast.
Place in crock-pot with 2 cans of chicken or beef stock
Add two packets of Italian seasoning mix
Cover and cook on slow for 3-5 hours
Serve on french bread with cheddar or mozarella and sweet peppers or giardinara.

A twist to this is the "Combo", which is the sandwich above but add a whole grilled italian sausage, grilled polish, or grilled brat

Another twist is to brush the bread with garlic butter and toast prior to assembly.

Sandwich must be served with cheese fries and diet coke for authentic Chicago style experience.

When I was in college I loved Avanti's Gondola sandwich and still do today. I always stop and get a few to take home whenever I pass through town. Very simple sammich, but their soft, homemade bread is what makes it special. Give me a couple of these, a homebrew and some sports on the tube and I'm in heaven.

Oh, yeah... loves the BBQ. My wife's favorite is the pulled pork at Robert's in her home town of Charleston, SC. Mine is my own homemade smoked brisket.

Awesome sandwhich. Had one while I was in New Orleans a few months ago.
