i like to get a thick cut of top sirloin, butterfly the steak open and coat the inside with itilan dressing, spinage leafs, bacon, and shreded parmesan cheese. i close them up with scuers and lightly sprinkle a steak seasoning on the out side of them. when i cook them on the grill i put a small piece of hickory on the coals to add a little smokyness to it. my wife loves these things done like this.

Im not a big marinade fan but give Leo Stubbs Beef marinade a chance on a good ribeye.

Its also awesome for top round for kebobs

Default I like Sirloin

Not the most tender, but IMHO, it tastes more steaky than some of the more expensive cuts. I baste with Worchestershire, Gravy Master, and some bourbon

I like flank, skirt, and flat-iron steaks with salt and pepper.

Aldi has some PREMIUM steaks here for $10. 280gm of sirloin, new york, or rib steaks.

I buy them when they are marked down, Not only are they only $8, but they are aged.

I'm a ribeye man. Salt, pepper and a hot grill. Best I ever had though was a Kobe strip. Absolutely amazing!

In all reality though, if it is steak I'm grubbing on it!

Bought a big thick rib-eye just the other night, think I'll throw it down on the grill tonight.

Made kabobs out of a nice sirloin tonight. That combined with mushrooms, red onion, red and orange bell pepper, brushed with olive oil and liberally sprinkled with canadian steak seasoning. They were pretty much amazing.
