Pacifico is the Mexican beer of choice for me, I can't come up with a good example, like Pacifico is to Corona what blahblah is to Bud... Pacifico is simply a good clean beer, owing Im sure to Mexico's ancient german brewing traditions...lol

Oddly enough, at the local Spanish restaurant in town the only, I mean only because i asked, good beer is San Miguel, which is from the PI iirc...

The worst I've ever had is Simpatico.

The Argentine beer Quilmes (sp?) is the best South of the Border beer I've yet to have...

I also like Pacifico, because it's better than corona when you just want a light lager. But Negro Modelo still has more taste & body, so it's usually where I go first when I'm out at a mexican place.

I'd suspect that he's ok with it. After all, he doesn't always drink beer, but when he does, he prefers Dos Equis.
