Got Called Out of Work Today!
So I figure I'll brew up a Cream Ale for my girlfriend that I've been putting off. I don't have any yeast lying around, but I do have my Am Stout that has finnished up, so I guess I'll just transfer it of the cake, wash the yeast, and use that. Here's to an extra day off!
