I picked up the last of the new brewing toys at The Hops Shack today along with a sack of 2-row and some other misc. grains and a few packs of Nottingham.
Brewing on 2/28. 10g of IPA for sure, maybe another 10g of ABA or APA, to break in the new conical, but that will be dependent on whether or not the brew room is ready for me to use by then. ![]() ![]()

I especially like the use of Admiral for the 'First Wort Ho Hops' addition. The ho hops are the most important hops of all.
