Brewing soon, will broadcast...
I'm hoping to get mashed in by 7:30 at the latest, then I have some stuff to finish up in the basement while the mash sits. Once I start the boil, I'll fire up the webcam. It should be around 8:30 or so.

Man, tough crowd tonight.
 Strike water needs to drop a couple degrees, then I'll get doughed in and fire up the webcam. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/ohiobrewtus. It's about 8pm EST now and I should have the camera on in 10-15 minutes... with a live preview of the official HBC 'Offended by your demeanor' shirt.

10g of IPA. It went well. All my brewing gear is still in boxes (putting the brew room back together tonight), so I didn't get around to digging out my refractometer or my hydrometer. No gravity reading, but I'm pretty sure that it will still end up being beer.
