Default Belgian (Inspired) Stout

After brewing a bunch of regular styles, I'm starting to experiment. I'm thinking this could be good. Kind of a caramel, fruity stout. We'll see what happens. Any suggestions? My girlfriend will be recording some of the brewday for a journalism piece she is doing on craft beer.

I don't know that the Dark Candi will add much by way of flavor against such a robust grainbill. You might want to consider saving it for a Dubbel.

Only one I've had is the Ommegang belgian stout (chocolate indulgance I believe?) was tasty. Definitely a style worth experimenting.

Didn't get around to it until today. Forgot the Special B in the midst of my girlfriend trying to record things. I could have added it to the sparge but said fuck it. I'll see how it turns out and decide if it needs to be there next time.
