Pretty inexpensive brew, especially if you re-use yeast. Have it kegged for a week now and hope it will clear up more within the next 2-3 weeks (assuming the keg lasts). Not exactely to style since I don't use German Pilsner malt in this one. The original recipe comes not from me, but I cannot remember where I found it.

Looks pretty tasty, Dan. Did you use any clarifying agents(whirlfloc, etc.)? It probably won't ever be crystal with that wheat malt.

No I didn't. I usually brew according to the Reinheitsgebot, means nothing but water, malt, hops and yeast. I don't expect it to clear up as others w/o wheat, but a little bit more would be nice.

Brewed it again with a little less wheat. Next time I will probably use a Wyeast German Ale.
