Default Finally a chance to brew tomorrow...what to brew?

Looks like the two month brewing hiatus will come to an end tomorrow. Just found out I have the day off work, so it will be a perfect chance to brew.

Looking to use some of the supplies I have around
Grain
2-row
maris otter
chocolate
crystal 20,40,60,80
special roast
roasted barley
aromatic
vienna

Yeast
us-05
us-04

Hops
Magnum
Amarillo
Cascade
Centennial
Willamette

I'm looking for a flavorful session beer - with the new baby around I still like being able to drink 4 beers and still feel 100% comfortable with changing a diaper or holding him.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of just doing a nice American Amber from BCS or maybe a Special Bitter.

I'll shoot you an email later today (things are nuts here).

The London ale slurry is fresh and ready to roll. I've got plenty so no worries.

Ended up just throwing some things together, so we'll see how this one turns out.

7lbs 2-row
.25oz Crystal 40
.25oz Crystal 120
1lb Vienna
.5lb Aromatic
.5lb Carapils

.5oz Amarillo 60
.5oz Amarillo 45
.5oz Amarillo 30
.5oz Amarillo 15
1oz Amarillo 5
1oz Amarillo Dry Hop

US-05

Hopefully it turns out to be a nice malty Amber Ale (4.5-5%) with decent Amarillo flavor.
