Glad this recipe has gotten some attention! It's a really tasty beer. It's fairly close to Gumball Head, but I think it could use a bit of tweaking to be an exact clone.

Thanks for the recipe, now to get a shit load of Amarillo hops, have not used it in ages [used it to death then 'got over it'], OK I will give it a go again.
Also what [if any] style is it, wheat of some sort?

Hey Bindi, let me know if you want a large QTY of Amarillo, I am considering buying 5KG for around $70 per kilo...plus freight to you.

Bottled the Gumball head clone this past sunday while I was brewing an oatmeal stout. I have been so excited to try this one that I held out a double size test sample. Even being room temp and un-carbed this is one of the best beers, homebrew or commercial, that I have ever had. Cant wait until it is fully conditioned. I am going to save at least one for the tourbox. Your welcome.

Well I decided that this is going to be my next brew so I went and picked everything up today. I probably won't be able to brew until next weekend though.
I've never really heard of dry hoping a wheat and 2 oz of dry hop seems like a lot. I'm going to do it but why dry hop a wheat? |
