I think you are quite right. IIRC, that was the mash temp which came with the original recipe. I lowered it because I was battling a chronic high FG issue at the time. Looks like 154-156 is where this beer should be for the best malt profile. For us anyway.

I know my wife enjoyed Blue Moon, so I'll have to brew this one up sometime after the baby's born

My buddies love Blue Moon, maybe I'll whip up a batch of this so they'll keep their dirty hands off my stouts and ipas. Haha! Just joking I don't mind sharing any of my brews, but I'll definitely give this a try.

The orange balances it out. I think .5 oz is appropriate, I use 1 0z. in my Cascades Orange and the balance is good.

I use 1 oz corriander in my Wits and it's still not enough for my personal tastes. I'll probably up it to 1.5oz next time.

I brewed this today, except I increased the 2-row and wheat to 4.75 lb to get gravity to 1.051 missed my target and got 1.053 close enough. Increased mash temp to 154 degrees, and used .33 oz of coriander and 1 oz of orange peel. pitched and fermenting at 63. let you know how the tweeks turn out.
