Nice simple recipe with great results!

OG: 1.050
FG: 1.012
SRM: 6.1
IBU: 26

7 lb Pale 2-Row
.75lb Honey Malt
.25 Biscuit Malt

1 oz Cluster for 60

Safale US-05

Agreed. I am looking forward to brewing some summertime brews. Cream Ale is definitely in the works.

Only a little bit, I think for the next time I brew it I might up it to a full pound. Although, there is absolutely no problem with body on this one...it's a great beer. Probably one that I'm the most proud of thus far.

I think i'll do a 10 pounder kinda like this one. It would be a nice brew to have bbq and pound

Wouldn't that just be a blonde? Isn't the Cream, corn? Looks good either way though.

It can, and I use flaked maize in mine b/c that's how a CA should taste, IMO. However, it doesn't have to: http://www.bjcp.org/2008styles/style06.php#1a
