Man this has been the most difficult wine I ever made lol. Pulling two quarts of petals off of dandelions is quite the workout. And that is for a one gallon batch only. Had to get my 5 year old to help me lol. But now it's down in the basement bubbling like a champ. I have never had it before but my Mother in law (lived thru the 60's) said it is a very nice light wine. We shall see

You sir have more patients then I do...
I have always been intrigued by the dandelion wine but have never thought that I had the patients to do it. Please let us know how it turns out.

Cool. Processing stuff can be tedious. I know. I thinned one of my salad beds the other day and thought "Hey I'll have a micro-greens salad". About an hour later I had it cleaned...ugh. It was tasty though, but I doubt I'd do it again.
