OK so I popped a beer on Saturday night, Good enough to drink 2 . Taste was good , smell was great , very little carbonation though. It had only been bottled for a week though. When i poured it in the glass it left a little sediment in the bottle though, kindof looked like a sugary mix? Any thoughts or suggestions. The beer has been siting in the garage probably 35-45 Degrees , would warmer temp bring more carbonation?

oh dude, you must get it above 60 to create carbonation in there unless its a lager yeast. If it got below freezing at all the yeast are probably dead and won't carb unless you add mroe yeast to each bottle.

You may want to riddle the bottles (fancy word for shake gently) to get the yeast back in suspension once they've warmed.

Yup. the sediment is normal.. Was this in the bottom of the bottle or glass? If its in the glass, then you might have shaken the bottle when pouring or something, but its normal for it to be in the bottle and maybe a tiny bit in the glass. All that is, is the yeast from when they were eating the sugar to carb your beer, they just down there sleeping.

The yeast will only die if you freeze the beer itself, not if the temperatures of the storage location got below freezing. It's the expansion of water in the yeast cells that ruptures them. If you didn't actually freeze them, then the yeast are just sleeping.
