What it really reminds me of is when we were dealing with the Dept. of Energy on this recent project, and I was copied on some correspondence from the DoE bureaucrats, and I swear, they use acronyms like they're paying for email by the letter.

As it's being reported here, PA House and Senate committees will be holding hearings with both the PALCB and BLCE in the next few weeks about the code and the enforcement in this situation.
