A slow start for me as well.Did a batch 2 days after x-mas tho.Been snowed under with snow and cold so our hoses are frozen.Will strive to brew by the weekend.

Guess what? I just atallied up last year..... including Apfelwein.. 1400 litres! (370 US Gallons)

Brewed 5 gallons last night. Checked on it tonight and it is fermenting like hell! I love this stuff.

I feel like a failure here. 0 so far.
My "brew room" aka spare bathroom is temporarily unusable while some work is done on our main bathroom. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll be able to brew something up.
