Just cracked a Wit that I brewed about two months ago. This beer is wonderful. The only problem is the fact that I HAVE KEPT NO RECORDS until my last two brews. This is one of my best beers to date and I have no way of knowing how to repeat it. Stupid!!! Luckily I found the brewsheets on my house ale and the weizens I've been brewing. Going to log those onto beersmith immediately. Stupid stupid mistake.
