Kegged this beer last night. My home is completely in shambles, all the walls are down and there are no staircases. I brewed this on 2/7/10 and sent it streight to the keg. A sample from the hydro reading was tasted great warm and uncarbed. I am giving it a couple of days at 58 degrees in the keg as a secondary, hopefully I will get a little more attenuation. Here was my recipe, it has a little of everything:
Water Crystals .25 oz
.25 lb Simpson chockolate
.25 lb dingemans special b
.25 lb dingemans biscut
.25 lb briess special roast
.25 lb victory malt
6.6 lb Gold LME
1 lb Light DME
1 oz Fuggle (60 min)
1 oz Hallertau (30 min)
1 tube White labs British AY WLp005
OG=1.050
FG=1.020
ABV=4.62
Keged: Flat Tired
Keged: Restoration Brown
Secondary: Maibock
Kicked: Belgian Strong
Next: Common
