For all those people out there that don't want to lug around their huge co2 tanks you can do this:

Its a CO2 tank from a paintball gun that has a thumb screw and it fits directly onto a standard CO2 regulator. You can not use the type of tank with a pin valve, only the screw valve tanks work.

True, but with this setup, you don't need the adapter. Any paintball tank filling station can fill this style tank.
