Made this beer a few weeks back (recipe below)...going for a witbeer kinda except i put in the caramel wheat malt, which makes it a little darker. Anyway, I was originally not going to use the coriander and zest and just put some apricot extract in at bottling, but i did use those things. SO my question is...should I still add just a little bit of the apricot extract when bottling this week? If so, I'd probably use only .5 oz- 1oz. It comes in a 2oz. bottle from Austin and says to use 2oz./5 gal. Any about how a really lemony beer would taste with a hint of apricot???
