Very cool sounding and expensive. Bet it would make an interesting mead: http://www.beefolks.com/shopdisplayprod ... +Bee+Honey (http://www.beefolks.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=27&cat=Killer+Bee+Honey)

The best place for Honey is farmers markets where you can get a lot for less and the money goes to the farmers and not the corp. You also get a lot more choices in honey selection. I like blackberry my self. Local honey also has natural antihistmines so you wont sneeze as much. Oh and pick up some local fruit to make it a melomel.

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on calling a local bee keeper (I used to keep them YEARS ago) Glad there are others out there that really do care where they get their ingredients.

Dude that is Killer!

Just kidding, I got a neighbor who keeps bees out on some acreage that he has out in the country and said that he gets 75lbs of honey a year from each hive, said that he can't use all that much so he would give some to me. I think he said that he has 5 or 6 hives, so i am going to hit him up this year for some honey, if i get any extra i will let you all know.
