Haven't participated much around here, but I'll put this recipe in the archives. This one's one of the better beers we've brewed in our two-and-a-half years. It's loosely based on Kristen England's Surly Furious clone, adjusted for personal taste and the ingredients we had available (way less than her). It's formulated for the crummy efficiency we get with a store crush, so dial the malt down for your system (or up, I suppose, if you get even worse than me).

Volume: 5.5G
OG: 1.058
FG: 1.012
ABV: 6%
Bitterness: 104 IBU
SRM: 14
Efficiency: 57% (I know, I know)

Grist:
11lb Maris Otter Pale Ale (72.6%)
2.5lb Munich (16.5%)
1.65lb British Crystal 55˚L (10.9%)

STI, 60min, 151˚ F

Hops:
The 'flavour mixture' is one ounce of Nugget mixed in with about 3oz of Amarillo (my scale was away that day . . . )
1.0oz Nugget 15% 60min (or FWH, I forget . . .) 52 IBU
0.8oz flavour mixture 20min 20 IBU
0.8oz flavour mixture 15min 14 IBU
0.8oz flavour mixture 10min 12 IBU
0.8oz flavour mixture 5min 6 IBU
0.8oz flavour mixture 0min 0 IBU
2.0oz Amarillo 9% dry hop, 4 days

Yeast: Safale S-05
~3 weeks primary, dry-hop at the end
The clarity isn't fantastic, perhaps a secondary would help with this non-flocculant yeast.

Kegged and force-carbed.

This beer is great. I realise now that the process was a tad haphazard, but it turned out great. It's got a good hit of clean fruity amarillo in the aroma, and a very present smooth bitterness. There's a significant malt backbone and a decent body, but it finishes on the dry side. I could (am) drink (drinking) several of these in a night.

If that's the same beer from Hoptoberfest, then it was a very nice beer.
