60-1 OZ.COLUMBUS 14.2% AA PELLET

I don't think there will be much rye characteristic with that grain bill? You'll want more rye if you want to taste it in the mix...3 lbs I would say, and reduce the carapils.

Agreed there wasnt much rye character in this beer I picked up just a slight spicyness maybe attributed to rye or hops? nice tasting beer though.
there is always room for improvement in any recipe though.I may brew this soon and try substituting pils with a lighter munich for some more malt complexity.maybe I will add a pound of rye as well although I dont want too much spicyness from the rye I want it to be very subtle,as Im not huge into rye spice bombs either.

maby even 4 pounds I know 2 is not enough for me in an APA

I threw a half pound of flaked rye in my rye IPA recently, only 2# rye malt in it, we'll see if I can detect it I guess.
