pin lock poppets

How do you get them out? Um I'm stupid i just figured it out.

Alright I had three kegs and one of them the posts were tight as hell when i took them off. The poppets came right ouyt of the two others but thesre are locked in a little groove. I got one out but totally bent it up. I there a way to get them out of that groove with out killing the poppets?
