2 oz nugget 13% FWH
1 oz centennial 10% 60 min
2 oz cascade 5.5% 15 min
2 oz cascade dry hop
IBUs 67
SRM 14
pitch on S-33 fresh yeast cake
150 degree mash 60 min,batch sparge
Should be a winner.
