Sorry about brewpages, I'll look into it. Just been swamped with real work lately.
Anyway, best recipe to date? Hard to say, but I'm in love with the belgian dark strong ale I did loosly based on Rochefort 10.

One more. This ties for first with the above recipe. This is my saison. This beer turned out soooo good, and you will notice a common ingredient in both of my favs: black peppercorns. I love the hint of black pepper in these belgians. It blends SO well with the yeast and leaves a nice peppery aftertaste.

Hey flan, I have the "rochefort" fermenting right now, didn't even realize it was yours til I went back to the "other" site and looked at it. Can't wait to try it. I think that saison recipe will be a good one to try being that I haven't brewed a saison yet. Did you ferment with 565 or 566? It says both on your recipe. I like the sound of the 566 better so maybe I'll wait til I can get my hands on some.

566 for sure. I hear 565 isn't quite as spicy.

There have been too many. The Texas Wheat turned out great, the Apricot wheat was great, the SNPA clone was great. Prolly my favorite was the one I will never be able to recreate. It was an IIPA that I cleaned out my old hops with. I know what went in but don't know how much or when as I would walk past the brew every 5 to 10 min. during the boil and just grab a random bag and toss it in.

My banana wheat turned out real well, my Mississippi Mud, and a all grain Serra Nevada semi clone I did
I think my Grand Cru is the best thing I make. I don't have it on the recipe tool yet, but will do it eventually

unfortuinatly the best beer i made was a barleywine before i started to keep records. it was "for me" an end of the brewing season beer. i had all those corners of grain and hops i did't use plus a bunch of malt so i used it all. the head brewer from brewery ommigan went to a summer hbc meeting and thanked me for letting him try it.

It's a toss up between my Honey Oat Red Ale, which i don't have the recipe loaded in Brewpages for some reason, or my Saison (http://brewpages.com/home.aspx?m=view&id=137_3)
